MintHost's Terms of Service

All customers must abide by the following Terms and Conditions of our services.

New Order

Section: 1

(1.1) If any order has received we will setup your account and order after verifying your payment. If our /or they payment partner’s system detects any fraud in your order, you are requested to contact MintHost’s support department at [email protected]. It is your responsibility to provide us with an email address which is not @ the domain(s) you are signing up under.Because if there any abuse when we need to contact you, we have to use your primary email. You must assure that your email address is live and up to date.

(1.2) If there’s any domain name of yours which is registered at MintHost, you must provide us the correct contact information for your account. In most cases we verify our clients identity. You are warned that if there’s any major mismatch of any required information, your domain will get immediately suspended and MintHost is not responsible for any kind of apologize or refund. If you need to verify or change this information, you should login to your clients area and change them by your self.

(1.3) For any kind of service purchase from MintHost, it will be necessary to provide government issued identification (Passport/National ID/Driving License etc.), proof of your address (Utility Bill) within 7 days after establishing your account with us. If you are a minor you are requested to provide a confirmed scanned document of your academic institution which is still valid including the proof of address.

Transfers & Migration

Section: 2

(2.1) If you were doing your business or taking services from another domain registered or/and web hosting company and want to migrate to MintHost, you must first fulfill some general requirements which are described in sections 2.2, 2.3 & 2.4

(2.2)  If you need to migrate your web hosting that is/was managed with cPanel, than you have to provide us the live cPanel login credentials or the full backup file of that account. Remember the main domain of your previous cPanel sould be the exact domain which you are going to host with us. Our expert migration team will carefully verify and migrate your website(s) very carefully. Our migration process generally doesn’t require any downtime. After the migration we will let you know and you will be requested to change your name servers or IP records. Please note that, if we start migrating your website, from the start of the migration process till the propagation of name servers or IP, all the data that is newly added within that time may get missing in your new host.

(2.3) If you need to migrate from another panel like Plesk or Direct Admin, you may have to provide few more additional information. We will ask those when we need. Please note that migrating from other control panel except cPanel requires more time. Usually under 24 hours in some cases it may take upto three working days.

(2.4) For domain transfer to MintHost you can just directly fetch the transfer code from your previous registered and use that in your transfer system. This process may require upto 15 days depending your old registered. Remember to unlock transfer from your old provider if applicable.

Payments

Section: 3

(3.1) All of our services follows the pre-paid term. That means you ave to pay first in order to get the service. You may have to pay with one of our payment partner. Which ever you pay, we must verify your payment in order to approve your service. This is for our own security.

(3.2)  MintHost’s every products and services are subjected to 5% VAT. You have to pay with the actual payment payment. Our system will generate invoice included the VAT. Also, if you pay with one of our online payment gateway such as Aamarpay, bKash, Nagad or Upay, you will have to pay additional 3% as payment gateway fee which will be generated with the invoice. However payment through Bank transfer will get this 3% cashed back as MintHost credit within 7 days in your account.

Cancelation

Section: 4

(4.1) If you want to cancel any service you must provide us written cancellation order from your registered email address and send that to [email protected] or open a cancellation ticket to our sales department including the actual reason for cancellation. Then, a representative will call you within 24 hours and finally confirm the cancellation. If you don’t receive our call after 3 times of trying, we will automatically terminate your order and by this you or your organization can not blame us if the cancellation request was fake. Further more you must update your phone number in order to take any new service from MintHost.

Data security

Section: 5

(5.1) A Providing Web Hosting or Domain registration service requires many sensitive personal and organization information. MintHost swears to keep all it’s customer’s data secured. However if theres any international or local governmental, political, financial or any kind of legal notice against any customer MintHost won’t hesitate to handle that data to the authority.

(5.2)  If any customer don’t require any more service from MintHost we will safely delete all of that customer’s data from our system. We’ll of course send you an email regarding this before w do that.

Spam policy

Section: 6

(6.1) MintHost has a Zero-Tolerance Spam policy regarding unsolicited commercial email (UCE) and unsolicited bulk email (UBE) also known as spam mail.

(2.2)  If you need to migrate your web hosting that is/was managed with cPanel, than you have to provide us the live cPanel login credentials or the full backup file of that account. Remember the main domain of your previous cPanel sould be the exact domain which you are going to host with us.
